We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our culinary team.
**Must have own transport**
**Fixed term full-time until end of October**
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Helps maintain high levels of service and assist the team with the smooth running of the kitchen by cleaning all kitchenware to the required standard
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment as required and ensuring they are stored correctly and neatly
- Carrying out daily cleaning duties
- Emptying bins regularly and ensuring waste is separated correctly
- Always demonstrate good hygiene standards
- Must be proactive, self-motivated and a team-player
- Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service, in order to create a unique experience for the customer
- You should be able work well under pressure as part of a team, in a high volume kitchen environment
- Able to work independently, planning ahead to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
- Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Willingness to listen and learn
Requirements:
- Experience is essential
- HACCP qualification preferred
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Must have own transport

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
