The Person:The successful candidate will have:
- At least 1 years’ experience within the leisure industry.
- Candidate must hold a valid NPLQ
- Ability to maintain consistently high standards of service in the Leisure Centre.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong customer and associate relation skills
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Flexible - this role involves morning/evening/weekend/weekday work
- Candidate must have fluent English
The Role:You will be required to:
- Ensure members and guests use the equipment properly and adhere to gym etiquette rules.
- Provide cover to other operational areas of the Club as necessary.
- Assist in other general administrative duties.
- Provide safe, effective instruction, fitness tests and programmes to members and guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
- To supervise pool activities
- To enforce Pool rules in a firm but polite manner by explaining the reasoning for such rules.
Hours: Working hours will vary week to week dependent on business levels
