The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative and data-driven Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist to help grow the FHR Exchange community and convert free members into paid subscribers. You’ll be the go-to person for bringing campaigns to life in HubSpot—building landing pages, crafting email nurtures, deploying newsletters, and optimizing the member journey from first touch to upgrade.
This isn’t just another “set it and forget it” marketing role. You’ll play a critical part in building the growth engine for one of RapidRatings’ fastest-growing initiatives. If you love combining creativity, analytics, and marketing tech to drive real results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Grow the FHR Exchange Community: Drive new member acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen initiatives.
- Nurture Members to Paid: Own email nurture strategies to guide free members to upgrade into paid plans.
- Bring Campaigns to Life in HubSpot: Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows that convert.
- Product Marketing: Partner with product leadership to strategize and plan communications that align with the product roadmap.
- Organic Social: Execute and manage organic social to achieve strategic goals
- Optimize for Engagement: Test subject lines, CTAs, and creative to increase sign-ups, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Deploy Newsletters: Manage our client and member communications, keeping clients and members engaged and excited about what’s next.
- Measure & Iterate: Track key metrics, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to grow membership and upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in marketing automation, executing against demand generation and growth marketing goals. (Hubspot and Salesforce essential)
- A creative thinker with a love for data—comfortable A/B testing subject lines and digging into metrics to improve performance.
- Hands-on experience building email workflows, landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail—you love moving campaigns from concept to launch.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset—you’re excited to experiment and find new ways to engage our audience.

Work Location Assignment:
Flexible/Hybrid - two days in the office in Dublin
