Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Marketing, Website & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and updating our website, looking after our social media channels, and driving digital marketing efforts to help us reach new customers and stay connected with our loyal community.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Keep website content, products, pricing and promotions up-to-date
✅ Manage online product listings and ensure accuracy across platforms
✅ Plan, create and post engaging content across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
✅ Monitor and grow our social media following and engagement
✅ Run targeted social media ad campaigns
✅ Support and track email marketing campaigns
✅ Create graphics, promotional materials and blog posts as needed
✅ Monitor website and social media performance and suggest improvements
✅ Assist with online sales and customer queries where required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with website management WooCommerce or similar
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Basic understanding of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools) — an advantage
- Creative thinker with excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about marketing and branding
