We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy GP practice in Castlegregory.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday: Full day
- Wednesday: Morning
- Thursday: Morning
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk service. Duties include answering phones, booking appointments and general administrative support.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using computers and practice systems (Knowledge of Healthone is an advantage training provided)
- Can stay calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Has previous reception or administrative experience, experience desirable but not essential
