Job description:
Accounts/ Administration Assistant 2-3 days per week
Busy front office position with duties to include:
Handling and pricing sales enquiries
Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Daily cash reconciliations and banking.
Debtors’ reconciliation & credit control.
Preparing & updating POs in line with our clearly defined bookkeeping procedures.
General administrative duties.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills
with an ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Previous experience using Sage Accounting and MS Office essential.
Salary negotiable subject to experience.
Full in-house training provided.
Start date : Immediate or as soon as possible to facilitate training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €280,000.00-€340,000.00 per year
