We are looking for medical secretary/receptionist to join a well established busy family practice in Tullow Family Medical Centre, 1 The Square, Tullow, Co. Carlow on part time or full time basis working 3 to 5 days per week basis working 9.00am to 12.00pm & 2.00pm to 4.00pm.
The ideal candidate would have 1 to 3 years experience working in general/medical practice with excellent people skills and competent with IT (ideally familiar with Healthone). Enthusiastic and adaptable to dynamic environment.
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Greeting and welcoming patients
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing
Interviews will be on Wednesday the 23rd July 2025 from 6pm to 9pm in the medical practice. Online interview cannot be accommodated at this time.

Pay: €13.50-€17.00 per hour
