We are looking for a mobile phone technician for our Limerick region. The job would cover full-time between stores in Limerick—three days in the Castletroy location and two days between the Henry Street and Jetland locations. Weekends are included.
Please note that fluency in English is required for this role.
This role is for an entry-level technician experienced in basic mobile phone repairs like iPhone screens and battery replacements.
This is also a sales role, and you will interact with customers on a daily basis, advising them on tech problems and devices.

This posting is for a full-time position, 40 hours a week, between stores.
The ideal applicant should have experience fixing smartphones and tablets in the retail environment and doing both, working within a team and on their own initiative.
Please note this is also a customer-facing role. The basic ability to fix laptops and desktops would be a benefit.

- Repairing Apple Smartphones
- Repairing Samsung Smartphones

- Repair Lab maintenance
- Managing repairs to maximize revenue and keeping the time frames
- Updating customers regularly and documenting all work done correctly

Smartphone technicians will have to repair Apple, Samsung and other phones proficiently.
The technician must diagnose and replace screens, batteries and other components within 15-20 minutes.
The role includes opening and closing a store, working with a cash register and covering some front-of-house duties.
Personality:
Passionate, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues. The candidate must be a great team player and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Experience:
It is imperative to have some experience repairing smartphones, sales and customer service with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
If the role is in a city with multiple locations, the technician will work in different stores.
