Full-Time Montessori / Early Years Educator – Now Hiring
We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori and/or Early Years Educator to join our full-time Montessori class. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, child-centered environment where quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.
- A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Early Childhood or Montessori education is a distinct advantage and will be recognised with the top tier of our salary scale.
- A genuine love of working with children, along with an understanding of their developmental needs.
- A warm, caring, and respectful approach to positive interactions with children, ensuring their wellbeing and care is always our top priority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully with children, families, and colleagues.
- A strong team player, willing to contribute positively to a collaborative working environment.
- The ability to work in partnership with parents, respecting their role as the primary educators and fostering open, ongoing communication.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Completing daily risk assessments and safety checks to ensure a safe, secure environment for all children.
- Setting up and leading meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities that follow the interests and needs of the children.
- Creating and maintaining positive, respectful relationships with children, ensuring each child feels seen, heard, and valued.
- Carrying out planning, observations, and documentation in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Contributing to and engaging in staff meetings, curriculum development, and ongoing CPD opportunities.
- Supporting and upholding a high-quality ethos and culture of care, learning, and respect across the service.
