At Reliable Tradesmen we’re looking for a confident and capable Office Administrator & Job Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in clear communication, and has a real flair for keeping things running smoothly.

What does your daily tasks look like?
- Acting as a key link between the office and operations team, ensuring daily tasks and job schedules are coordinated and clearly communicated
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries across multiple platforms phone, email, and digital messaging with professionalism and warmth
- Supporting the operations team in scheduling, documentation, job tracking, and client updates
- Maintaining organised records and administration systems, helping the team stay on top of their game
- Using your problem-solving skills to juggle changing priorities and keep the workflow moving efficiently
What are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in office administration – ideally in a fast-paced or multi-tasking environment
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills – you’ll be the friendly voice and calm head in a busy day
- Strong organisational skills – you’re someone who finds satisfaction in order, systems and efficiency
- Comfortable with tech – whether it’s job management software, CRMs or digital communication platforms
- A proactive, positive attitude – you’re a team player who loves to get stuck in
