We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Onboarding Specialist to join Apleona team!
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the full onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance to first day orientation and beyond.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hirers, providing timely communication and support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other department to ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently.
- Facilitate orientation sessions covering company culture, values, policies, benefits, and systems.
- Liaise with Payroll and HR to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Manage compliance requirements such as background checks, documentation verification, and training completion
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records for all new hires.
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient onboarding workflow
- Gather feedback from new employees to identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process
Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in onboarding or similar experience such as HR coordination, and/or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
