Job Description
The Operational Support Laser Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the
Eden Medical Clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day laser clinic operations
- Managing the laser team
- Doing daily administration and reporting tasks.
- Building relationships with Suppliers
- Manage workflow/diary and team schedules
- Cover and provide support to various clinic locations across Ireland
- Flexibility in supporting team, e.g. annual leave or sick cover etc
- Ensuring efficiencies of tasks
- Answering laser team queries
Team Leadership & Support
- Mentor, coach, and motivate laser staff to achieve excellence in service and performance through KPI's.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of laser staff.
- Covering support team member when on annual leave
- Foster a positive team culture and promote staff retention and development.
Commercial Growth
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase bookings, and improve profitability at clinic level.
- Encourage cross-clinic collaboration and idea sharing
Additional Requirements:
- Region to cover: Ireland
- Working week: Mon-Friday
- Hours: 40 hours p/w incl. bank holidays
- Evenings and Occasional weekends
- Needs to have there own Car
- Additional driving expenses will be covered
