- The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations department and reports to the Operations Manager.
- The Operations Coordinator works with batch records, filling procedures, labeling, and then reviewing and scanning them into company systems. Maintains and destroys records under the jurisdiction of the position according to established company procedures.
- The position may work closely with any department from time to time, depending upon the task to be accomplished.
- The Operations Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the plant.
- This individual must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in ways that foster good relationships with vendors, customers, co-workers and supervisors, while achieving and enhancing performance standards.
