We’re on the lookout for a high-calibre, adaptable, and confident Oversight Lead to join our team in Ireland. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee up to 7 team members working toward their APA qualifications in General Insurance, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.

Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mentoring and supervising advisors and team coaches on their journey to full MCC accreditation.
• Ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.
• Coaching team members through complex queries and early-stage complaints.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and Reporting.
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintaining a strong risk culture and robust control environment.

This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and includes travel within and outside Ireland (up to 30%).

What We’re Looking For:

• APA in General Insurance (CIP or QFA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF1 or CF7 leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and call centre operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
A flexible, resilient mindset with a keen eye for detail.
