🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mentoring and supervising advisors and team coaches on their journey to full MCC accreditation.
- Ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.
- Coaching team members through complex queries and early-stage complaints.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and Reporting.
- Driving continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintaining a strong risk culture and robust control environment.
This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and includes travel within and outside Ireland (up to 30%).
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- APA in General Insurance (CIP or QFA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF1 or CF7 leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and call centre operations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
- A flexible, resilient mindset with a keen eye for detail.
