As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Panel Room Operator to join our production team.
Role Summary
As a Panel Room Operator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the mineral feed production process from a central control room. Your role is key to maintaining consistent product quality, troubleshooting issues, and supporting efficient operations on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production systems from the control panel
- Ensure consistent batching, mixing, and product quality
- Respond quickly to alarms, process deviations, or equipment faults
- Log process data accurately for traceability and quality control
- Coordinate with mill operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors
- Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or agri-production environment (feed milling is a plus)
- Familiarity with automated control systems
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern (incl. evenings/weekends)
- Technical or mechanical background is advantageous
