Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing weekly and monthly payrolls,
- Processing starters and leaver forms, and pension calculations.
- Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information.
- Process wage, tax deductions, benefits, etc
- Manage payroll-related queries,
- Processing of net pay via EFT, SEPA, and Internet banking
- Processing filing requirements with ROS and HMRC
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in using payroll systems (Europay and SAGE experience beneficial),
- Hardworking individual with ambitions to grow,
- Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality,
- Ability to work to defined deadlines,
- Proficient in Excel,
- IPASS qualified - REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
Due to the nature of this role, it will be based 5 days a week on site in our Head office in Dublin 6
