We are seeking an ambitious, skilled, proactive, and client-focused IPASS Qualified Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a general practice setting, as well as a proven track record in managing client relationships and handling payroll. This role is fully remote, requiring expertise in remote work protocols and the ability to manage tasks independently while remaining in close contact with both team members and clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with small to medium-sized clients across a diverse portfolio and possess excellent client relationship skills. A CIPP qualification would be advantageous.

Qualified IPASS candidate with payroll experience in an accounting firm or similar environment
CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Passion for client service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
✅ Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines and manage multiple clients

What We Offer:
