We are seeking an ambitious, skilled, proactive, and client-focused IPASS Qualified Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a general practice setting, as well as a proven track record in managing client relationships and handling payroll. This role is fully remote, requiring expertise in remote work protocols and the ability to manage tasks independently while remaining in close contact with both team members and clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with small to medium-sized clients across a diverse portfolio and possess excellent client relationship skills. A CIPP qualification would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payroll for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Managing payroll calculations, including taxes, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions
- Preparing payroll reports and payslips for clients
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and revenue reporting requirements
- Handling payroll queries and providing expert advice to clients
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and year-end processes (e.g., P30s, P60s, P45s)
- Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

✅ CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential)
