About The Role
Are you an experienced HR professional with a flair for both operational delivery and driving forward impactful people projects? Are you based in Ireland and looking for a role that allows you to shape positive change while working remotely? We’re looking for a People Delivery Partner to join our People Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. During this time you will support the evolution of our people practices and ensuring the smooth delivery of key HR projects.
This is a varied role that blends hands-on HR operational support with business partnering and project delivery. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture Partner for Ireland, supporting two businesses within our group to strengthen their HR capability, empower local managers, and build consistency in people practices. Alongside this, you’ll help us deliver a range of people projects including employee engagement, policy development, cyclical HR activities and acquisition integration.
You’ll also act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases (particularly in Ireland), and be a key voice in helping us align our policies, systems and processes across our growing, multi-jurisdictional business.
What does success look like?
In this role, you’ll help ensure:
Smooth and timely delivery of our cyclical HR projects and change initiatives
Improved self-sufficiency across our Irish businesses in handling day-to-day people matters
A strong, collaborative relationship between operational managers and the People team
A culture of continuous improvement in how we deliver people services
What you’ll bring:
Strong generalist HR experience with a solid track record of case management across the employee lifecycle
Sound working knowledge of employment practices in Ireland (essential) and the UK (desirable)
Experience delivering or coordinating people projects in a growing or changing business
The ability to engage and influence managers, build trust, and drive plans forward with minimal supervision
An analytical mindset, confident using data and insight to inform decisions
A proactive approach and a collaborative attitude—you’re comfortable working across functions and borders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence with standard project planning tools and MS Office applications
Bonus if you also have (but this isn't key so don't worry):
Experience supporting the people integration of acquisitions
HR experience in consultancy or professional services settings
Involvement in building and delivering people plans using data such as engagement surveys or talent mapping
Exposure to global HR practices and working as part of a cross-border people team
