We are looking Percurrent Administrator to join our team in Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Procurement: Source, purchase, and monitor spare parts and components from domestic and international suppliers.
Customer Assistance: Provide front-line support for customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email — offering technical guidance and processing orders.
Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure parts are stored efficiently and correctly.
Dispatch & Logistics: Pick, pack, and coordinate dispatch of parts orders for national and international delivery.
Sales Operations: Process transactions through the POS system and handle sales documentation.
Team Support: Work alongside junior team members to maintain store presentation, accuracy, and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiasm for agricultural or mechanical equipment — technical knowledge is beneficial, but a keen interest and drive to learn are most important.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and helpful attitude.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers — experience with ERP, POS, or inventory systems is advantageous.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Physically able to assist with deliveries and general warehouse duties.
