We are now seeking an experienced OTC Team Lead to join our team. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in pharmacy retail, who is organised and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Over the Counter team in day to day operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional healthcare advice.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures, company policies and health & safety standards.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, merchandising and promotion execution.
- Work closely with pharmacists and management to achieve business targets.
- Support in creating a professional, efficient and patient focused environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
