We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences industry and proven experience in managing projects within an agile environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
About the Role:
  • Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and promote agile practices, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance project delivery processes.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • Extensive experience as a project management with at least 3 years in the life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in the life sciences sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the life sciences sector is preferred.
