The purpose of this Receptionist role is to provide front-of-house service to customers in our Naas office, while also being the first point of contact on our phone lines and carrying out administration duties. This role provides first-class service to Arachas customers.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Activity Management:
- First point of contact for our phone lines, directing calls to the relevant parties
- Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
- Opening and distribution of post
- Administration duties
Customer Service:
- Friendly rapport with customers as the first point of contact for Arachas
- Welcoming of customers to the office location along with ensuring relevant documentation is completed on arrival
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborating with team members
- Working alongside a team to ensure the company objectives.
- Ensuring customer queries are directed to the relevant teams
Compliance:
- Ensuring all compliance standards are met
Requirements:

Person Specification:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Friendly and assertive manner on the phone
- Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
