Vacancy: Receptionist/ Office Administrator
We are seeking a Receptionist /Office Administrator who is looking to take a move into a truly fulfilling dynamic industry. We have a brilliant opportunity due to growth in our business. Currently hiring a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team with flexible working arrangements.
Duties:
· Meeting & greeting trainees, customers & clients
· Operation of switchboard
· Preparation of training rooms
· Customer service
· General office duties
· Administration support
· Support to the Sales team
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ office/reception experience
· Strong people and communication skills
· Good organisational skills
· Highly-motivated, confident, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic
· Proficient user of Microsoft Apps – i.e., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
· General flexibility is required with a good all-round business acumen.
