The ideal candidate would preferably:
- Be enthusiastic, professional and have an excellent telephone manner;
- Be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
- Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to multitask
- Have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Training in our case management system will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- General office administration
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Management of incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with correspondence, typing, filing, incoming and outgoing emails, incoming and outgoing post, scanning and photocopying
- File opening and archiving
- Preparing briefs for counsel
- Supporting the solicitors with administrative tasks.

Pay: €29,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northern Cross, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
