We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Ireland Division. This is a hybrid role based in our Citywest Head Office, where you’ll spend 3 days per week onsite (full-time office presence required during your initial onboarding months).
Responsibilities
🌟 About the Role
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager – Ireland Division, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an efficient, best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the business. You’ll support hiring activity across high-impact business units including Construction, Infrastructure, Central Services, and more.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Drafting and posting engaging job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, IrishJobs, Indeed, etc.)
- Sourcing candidates proactively through job boards, talent databases, and social channels
- Scheduling interviews, supporting coordination logistics, and handling candidate communications
- Ensuring accurate, compliant record-keeping and data management using our ATS and systems
- Providing a smooth, responsive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Representing Sisk at recruitment and student fairs
Experience
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related support role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first mindset
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
- A collaborative approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a can-do attitude
Qualifications
- A relevant third level qualification or professional Recruitment Certificate
