Purpose of the role:
Keyloop is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the sale of our full suite of SaaS solutions, including FUSION – the first fully connected Automotive Retail Platform. This role focuses on both nurturing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities across Ireland.
FUSION encompasses four key domains: Demand, Supply, Ownership, and Operate. It connects every phase of the vehicle and customer lifecycle, enabling dealerships to work smarter, deliver seamless customer experiences, and boost sales and retention. With real-time data flow, personalized journeys, and efficiency gains, FUSION represents the future of automotive retailing.
This is an individual contributor role that requires a salesperson with a proven track record in SaaS or software companies. You will need to excel in building relationships, presenting at all organisational levels (from C-Suite to operational staff), and consistently achieving sales targets.
The role involves travel to client sites with a minimum of three days per week, ensuring strong, in-person engagement with clients.

- Client Focus:
- Presentations: Be comfortable delivering presentations and demonstrating solutions to audiences at C-Suite level and below.
- On-the-Road Engagement: Travel to client sites across Ireland three days per week to build relationships and drive results.
- Collaboration: Work with international Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to deliver a unified “One Keyloop” experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Annual Sales Plans based on detailed whitespace and market analysis.
- Achieve sales objectives as outlined in the strategic and sales operating plans using the Keyloop Way of Selling.
- Conduct professional consultations to identify and address client needs, applying the Keyloop Sales Model to increase market share.
- Deliver impactful presentations of FUSION and other Keyloop solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and WIP in Salesforce, updated weekly.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to present a seamless and unified Keyloop approach.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or SaaS or software sectors.
- Proven track record of sales growth with a hunter mentality, securing new business and driving results.
- Comfortable giving presentations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and manage strong relationships with varied levels of client organizations.
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills, including listening, questioning, and presenting.
- Skilled in implementing structured sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and self-driven with a competitive, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills within a process-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel three days per week to client sites across Ireland, with occasional overseas travel for internal meetings.
- The role will cover the top half of the country of Ireland, from Donegal to Galway and Meath to Antrim.
