Ensuring that all guests of City Break Apartments receive a warm welcome on arrival and are provided with a courteous, helpful service when registering and assisting with the smooth check-in to their designated property.
Ensuring that the telephone system is answered to company standards, ensuring that all messages are handled correctly and processed promptly. Dealing with guest feedback where necessary, recording and sharing information with the relevant departments and ensuring that the guest leaves City Break Apartments as a satisfied customer.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience of working in a hotel, especially dealing with customers and booking systems, and have a good command of English on the phone.
The right attitude is more important than the most qualified candidate.

- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
