Restaurant Cleaner (Part-time)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-time Restaurant Cleaner to join our team in Fethard, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

• Clean and sanitise dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and other restaurant spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
• Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces
• Empty and clean rubbish bins
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Restock cleaning supplies and monitor inventory
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuum cleaners, and dishwashers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous cleaning experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not mandatory
