**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience.
* Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
* Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality.
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory and cost control.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
