You shall be responsible for but not limited to -
- Assist to manage and direct all service operations throughout Crave Restaurant. This includes Dinner, Private Function, Take Away Service and Outside Catering
- Motivate and develop the Front of House Team and assure a seamless communication and cooperation through the operation between all Food & Beverage departments
- The hygienic and quality service of food and beverage prepared in the kitchen, bar or any other dispensing area in Crave Restaurant
- Supervise the service and preparation of drinks including hot beverage and all food served by the floor staff
- To ensure that all menus in all listed areas and times are correct

Experience:
