Key Responsibilities
- Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
- Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service each shift.
- Leading food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
- Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
- Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
- To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To assist in management and training of staff.
- Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.
