Due to continued expansion, Euronics are looking to recruit an exceptional Store Manager to help develop our retail offering in Birr Co Offaly.
This is a very exciting role that will suit someone with a passion for Retail who is looking to take the next step in their career. Knowledge of Kitchen Appliances, Home Entertainment and emerging Technologies that enhance our everyday lives would be a benefit but not essential.
Working with the Business Owner, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall running of the retail offering. It is an ideal role for a senior salesperson looking to take their next step into Management or someone in the early stages of their retail management career that is looking for a new challenge.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include.
· Retail Development
· maximising sales opportunities
· maintaining accurate and sufficient levels of stock
· Increasing margin through attachment and other sales solutions
· Ensuring the highest professional retail standards are displayed at all time
· Supplier Engagement
· Delivering a superior shopping experience supported by the highest levels of customer service
· Ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment
