About You:
This role is suited to an experienced senior sales person, or store manager who has experience in, or is interested in working in telecommunications retail. As a Retail Store Manager your focus will be sales delivery and supporting your team in achieving team targets.
Requirements:

- Operational - Plan, organize and implement company standard operational procedures at store level.

To be considered for this position you must:
- Have a minimum of two years experience as a retail store manager or senior sales person in a retail setting.
- Have a proven track record in delivering targets as part of, or through a team.
- Be goal orientated, have a competitive spirit and a desire to be successful.
- Have excellent leadership and influencing skills.
