About You:
We’re looking for a sales-driven professional with:
- At least 1 year’ of experience in a Sales role
- At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre (preferred)
- A proven record of working to and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Resilient & confident in handling objections
- A strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset
- Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) or willingness to work toward them
Your Role as a Sales Agent:
- Sell motor, home, and travel insurance to AA Members and customers via inbound and outbound calls - no cold calling!
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets
- Work 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday + 1-2 Saturday every 4 weeks (10 AM – 3 PM)
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive brand impression
- Confidently handle objections & close sales, escalating complex cases when needed
- Contribute to process improvements and team success

Application question(s):
- This role will be based full-time in our Dublin 2 office during training. Post training, it will transition to a hybrid model, but employees will still be required to travel to the office regularly, anywhere from 1 to 3 days per week. Are you able to commit to regularly commuting to Dublin 2 as required?
