We are a fast-growing driver training company in Ireland, and we’re looking for a confident, tech-savvy, and sales-driven professional to join our team.
This is not a role for just anyone looking for remote work. We are looking for someone who thrives on the phone, can build instant rapport with customers, and has the technical ability to work efficiently with modern tools such as Google Workspace, booking/scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, matching them with the right instructor, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and energy.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, explaining services clearly and persuasively.
- Gather detailed information on customer requirements and match them with the most suitable driving instructor.
- Use booking/scheduling systems and CRMs to manage customer and instructor details accurately.
- Support customers and instructors with queries, scheduling, and payment issues.
- Liaise with the wider team daily to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven telephone sales experience (outbound or inbound).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical ability with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
- Experience with CRMs, booking platforms, or scheduling tools.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to think on your feet while problem-solving.
- Strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and good common sense.
- A positive “can-do” attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Driving school industry experience OR hotel reception/scheduling experience.
- Previous customer service roles involving managing multiple stakeholders.
