What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Define and publish quarterly project charters and weekly execution timelines, ensuring alignment with scope, quality standards, and budgets.
- Independently drive the delivery of high-visibility technical and cross-functional projects within the ORBCOMM ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, identifying critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor and report project progress to leadership, providing clear communication on status, risks, and required decisions.
- Lead technical and operational launches, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignment.
- Promote best practices in project governance, agile delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and escalations.

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Jira (mandatory).
- 7+ years of project management experience and 12+ years overall professional experience, with a proven track record of independently leading technical and cross-functional projects.
- Experience managing multiple large-scale programs with complex interdependencies.
- Strong proficiency in project planning tools, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivery and execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile).
- Experience with PI Planning in product development.
- 9+ years of experience in project or program management, technical delivery, or product development.
- Hands-on experience with IoT projects or platform-based ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in change management and establishing PM best practices within engineering-driven organizations.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a mindset focused on continuous learning and process improvement.
- Ability to maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
- Passionate about delivering innovation, customer value, and cross-team collaboration.
