We are currently hiring for the open position of Service Advisor.
Responsibilities will include;
- Communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Submitting work orders to technicians
- Being the first point of contact for service customers
- Collecting payment after repairs are completed.
- Providing Customers with excellent customer service at every contact point.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience in an aftersales role or the automotive field will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management
