Join Select Roofing, a leading commercial and residential roofing specialist in Ireland. We're looking for a proactive Site Foreman who can lead roofing teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and deliver projects efficiently across Cork & Munster. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day roofing crew tasks (installation of flat, pitched, and single-ply systems)
- Coordinate subcontractors (scaffolding, insulation, etc.) to keep programmes on track
- Lead daily safety briefings, enforce PPE, and conduct site inspections
- Maintain all site records: timesheets, progress reports, material logs, snagging lists
- Perform quality control checks at milestones; escalate concerns promptly
- Mentor junior team members in practical skills and safety best-practice
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ Foreman or Lead Operative experience in Irish construction/roofing
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and site processes
- Certified in CSCS; BuildSafe / SafePass
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills under tight deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and produce accurate site reports

Job Types: Full-time, Specified-purpose
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: €27.00-€32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 45 per week
