Ashmore Building Services is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate activities on our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities on site
- Communicate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure high standards are met
- Liaise with senior company management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Organize and schedule site tasks
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients
- Track and report site progress
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and timekeeping skills
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Full clean driving licence

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
