We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to spa guests and ensuring that the spa facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. The Spa Attendant will also be responsible for assisting the spa staff with a variety of tasks, including setting up treatment rooms, laundry, and restocking supplies.

Your role as Spa Attendant will include:
- Providing a 5 star greeting and welcome to spa guests
- Provide a tour of the facility
- Assist guests with checking in and out for appointments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed, including spa linen supplies
- Set up treatment rooms and assist the spa staff as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour with guests and colleagues at all times
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Working hours are approximately 39 hours per week, and shift work & flexibility are required in this position. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or cleaning role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will have attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment and the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
