An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager. This role will involve managing the professional and financial operation of a busy exclusive restaurant providing a consistently high quality of service.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate effectively lead, motivate and engage in developing a large team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Manage all areas within your remit to ensure positive customer experiences
Maintain and develop systems, policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Have the ability to train, develop and coach a large team to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
At least two years Hospitality Management experience in a similar position is required.
Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal, Organisational and Communication Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage and Operations
Have a solid understanding of all aspects of Food and Beverage Operations
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for people and the ability to deliver High Quality Customer Service and standards driven.
