Reports to - The Truck Collection Team Member will report to the Solid Waste Operations Manager.
This position is to assist as a helper to a Truck Driver on collection routes for Waste & Recycling in the Galway City Area. There will also be a requirement to carry out general duties at our yard in Oranmore some afternoons.
About The Role
What the job involves:
- Be able to work in a physically demanding job.
- Collect and return customers' bins (along designated routes)
- Working Day Five Over Six (Monday to Saturday).
- Work outdoors.
- Full category B driving licence.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies.
- Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with general yard duties to include housekeeping, maintenance & repair of bins.
- Company workwear will be provided.
- Great Customer Service Attitude.
- Fluent English (spoken & written).0
Ability to commute/relocate: Oranmore, County Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
