Purpose of team and role: This role gives the chance to gain hands-on experience in various QCL functions, helping develop essential skills in a dynamic and regulated industry. The position allows for practical knowledge of QCL processes. The position is expected to provide support on projects across the function.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the execution analytical procedures in accordance with current corporate specifications and cGMP’s and for maintaining the relevant SOP’s.
Reporting results into a computer storage system (LIMS), as well as performing testing using automated systems.
Following all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and involved in incident investigations as required.
Responsible for the maintenance of an inventory of chemicals and supplies used to perform analytical testing.
Responsible for adhering to, and improving, where appropriate, safety procedures to protect their other personnel and company property.
May also be requested to partake in cross-functional continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate.
The normal schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day.
The role can include a few days that require attendance at off-site events.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
