We are now recruiting for an experienced Warehouse administrator with at least 2 years previous experience in a fast paced environment . this is a well established family run wholesale company that supplies the 26 counties of the republic of Ireland.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Must have some warehouse management system experience - WMS.
- Excellent knowledge in best practice of a fast-moving warehouse.
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proven ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities in a fast-moving working environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Confirming orders on internal computer system - INDEX WMS.
- Sending out and receiving orders that are to be picked and have been picked in the warehouse.
- Generating dockets and customer POD reports as required.
- Answer calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
- Liaising with warehouse management, drivers, and warehouse staff.
- Deadline focused.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and Communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work.
- Coordinate all Administration reporting is completed after each shift and a handover is complete.
- Strong communication skills due to our client being a multi-cultural business.
