Role Overview
As part of our Operations/Warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day logistics and customer support. You’ll be working closely with our sales, purchasing, and transport teams to ensure everything runs smoothly—from receiving orders to dispatch.
This is a front-line, fast-paced role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock control and organisation
- Receive and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Co-ordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transport teams for order completion
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, PODs, and picking dockets
- Resolve customer queries directly or via the sales team
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and distribution
- Handle retail counter and phone enquiries
- Answer incoming calls, place orders, and troubleshoot issues

Essential Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 2+ years’ experience using ERP systems
- Solid computer skills—Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience
- Customer service or retail background
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A strong work ethic, trustworthy and dependable
- Manual Handling Certificate
