Specialist Directional Drilling & Civil Engineering company
We are currently seeking applications to fulfil the below position within our company:
Ø Long-term steady work on Irish Water contracts in Monaghan/Cavan/Meath/Louth.
Ø Must have experience on Irish Water projects and be capable of PE welding/ laying uPvc sewer pipes. The role will suit a working foreman who can lead a small crew. The candidate will be working within a team of operatives and will be required to assist with other site works such as reinstatement.
Ø Excellent rates of pay at €20-21 per hour (Employed) or €27/ hr RCT.(self-employed)
Ø Early finish on the last Friday of the month.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Ø Experience installing watermains/laying new sewers.
Ø Lead and manage a small crew 3-4 men.
Ø Electrofusion welding of PE pipe and installation of water fittings, backfilling and reinstatement.
Ø Maintain the highest levels of health and safety on site and use appropriate safety equipment.
Essential Criteria:
Ø Full driving license
Ø Valid CSR Card / Safe Pass. SLG, LUGS, First Aid,
Ø Experience of plant operation and relevant tickets
Ø Polyethylene Electrofusion Welding
Desirable Criteria:
Ø Purple Book Training, Additional H+S qualification.
