We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join our team as a workshop advisor and admin assistant.
The role involves scheduling all workshop bookings for our on-site mechanic, and ensuring all parts are ordered as required, and hours labour accounted for. The role will involve constant communication with our sales team, as all stock vehicles have also to be prepared for sale, and booked on to the system in the same way. A percentage of bookings will involve after-sales or warranty queries, which will have to be handled in an efficient manner, with minimal inconvenience to the customer.
The role will require excellent phone and communication skills, as many bookings are made by phone, email or in person. All candidates will be required to have adequate admin skills, as all work carried out is subsequently invoiced to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer payments, and will also be responsible for reconciliation of supplier statements on a monthly basis.
Motor trade and/or admin experience would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
