Description
  • General facility supervison and daily inspections
  • Key Holding, opening/closing of the facilities and attending to alarms
  • Minor works, maintenance and planned preventative maintenance
  • Working on the external upkeep on the grounds including waste management
  • Liaising with the helpdesk and responding to reactive tasks
  • Administration and upkeep of a variety of sytems and reporting tools
  • Overseeing and accompanying site subcontractors
  • Work to BAM Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
Job Requirements
  • 1 years + previous expereince in a similar position
  • Knowledge of building operations
  • Strong administration skills, MS suite knowledge
  • Vetting Required
  • Experience in working on a team
  • Be hardworking and diligent
  • Good time keeping
  • Flexible
